Saturday's practice was our largest turn-out to date, with 28 players attending. That's a good number, but there are 43 players on the TEAM. With the first games of the season less than a week away, the coaches find this attendance disappointing. They want to remind everyone that players must earn their spots on the field, and they cannot do this if they are not at practice! Practice will take place Mon-Thurs next week at 4:30.
Coach Davenport is holding a daily study hall for players after school in the senior cafeteria.
On Friday, players need to arrive at the fields no later than 4:00 for the Team picture. The Coaches are planning a team dinner after practice, so let your player know they should not make any other plans for Friday night.
