Ballard High School boys’ lacrosse team is seeking candidates for a Varsity Head Coach. Both Ballard Varsity and JV Teams are traditionally the number one public school teams in the state of Kentucky. Ballard Lacrosse expects to field 60 players next season.
Ballard Lacrosse has strong parent and player support with a focus and commitment to continued success, and with a goal of team improvement necessary to be ranked higher overall. Ballard High School consistently produces highly competitive teams that prize and embody the ideals of character, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

Ideal candidates should have lacrosse playing and/or coaching experience at a highly competitive level. Candidates should be able to provide leadership and discipline to student-athletes. Practices are weeknights,times to be determined by the winning candidate.
The Kentucky season includes approximately two games per week March 1-May 22. Traditionally, Ballard travels to broaden team play opportunities. Additional games may take place in Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee.
Salary based on the time commitment that you can guarantee to the team.
