This Week

All players and parents-Weights for the Thanksgiving week will be cancelled due to families traveling and Jrs/Srs working the Xmas tree fundraiser.Weights will also be cancelled Thurs Nov 29th and Tues Dec 4th. As a replacement for weights sessions all players are CHALLENGED (ie REQUIRED) to go for a nice long run at least three times a week:Minimum of 30 minutes; during your run add in 4 sets of 25 pushups, 4 sets of 25 situps/crunches, 4 sets of25 squats, 4 sets of ladder sprints (30 seconds 100%speed, 30 seconds 50% speed, repeat) and 4 sets of 30skips (jumping as high as you can pushing off of one foot; switch and repeat).
