The pancake fundraiser was last week. Everyone enjoyed it...including the complete strangers who came, paid, and ate. This is such an easy fund raiser and we need to make complete use of it by getting lots of friends and family to come and support us. We had a total of 22 boys participate in serving. I think the best comment that I heard was from one of the staff as he was prepping for lunch. Several of the remaining boys sat at tables and made up a full basket of napkin-wrapped-utensils for Applebee's to use after we left. The employee said that 9 out of 10 groups leave with tables not bussed, garbage on the floor, and they never wrap new utensils. He was very impressed with our group. I was also pleased.
We are making the final tally of envelopes, tickets sold, etc. If you have an envelope still, then please get it to Dave Cummings or Coach Wallace by tomorrow evening.
