The Alumni Game and Banquet will take place this coming Saturday, June 23, beginning at 11:00.
Please note a LOCATION CHANGE!!! The stadium is being re-seeded, so we are moving to Hayes Kennedy (off River Road) for this date.
The game will take place first, followed by the banquet. Boosters will provide the entree. We are asking for families to bring the following:
*Rising Sophomores families each bring 1 (2-liter) drink
*Rising Junior families each bring 1 salad or side dish
*Rising Senior families each bring a dessert
*New graduates each bring 1 bag of ice
A (hopefully) short Boosters meeting will take place at the close of the banquet. We'll be discussing and voting upon the following issues:
1) Formally splitting from the girls' side, with one or the other creating a new, independent organization.
2) If we vote to split, then Voting on the side forming a new organization taking away their current funds as of June 30 (for IRS purposes).
*The officers from both sides form a joint board. Our executive committee will take your votes to the joint board, for a formal vote. If you feel strongly about this issue and cannot attend the meeting, please forward your comments/vote to Tim at timothyburchell@yahoo.com
3) Nominate and vote on new officers!!! Please consider serving on the executive committee next year!
4) Formation of a coach search committee.
5) Summer fund-raisers.
6) Open discussion of your ideas, and votes as necessary.
