Kentucky Lacrosse Association announces sign ups for the 2007 Indoor Lacrosse League at the Oldham County YMCA
Players can now sign up online for the 2007 Indoor lacrosse league that will be held at the Oldham Co. YMCA Indoor facility in Buckner, KY.
This will be a 9 week league that begins in mid-November. You must have a least one year of playing experience to participate. This league is not for beginners.
Start times are as follows:
- High School Girls will start Tuesday, Nov. 13th. Games start at 6:00pm
- High School Boys will start Thursday, Nov. 15th. Games start at 6:00pm
- Middle School Boys will start Sunday, Nov. 18th. Games start at 12:00 noon.
Early registration will be done online by Active.com. We have used this service the past two years and it has served us well. Online registration will be $126, plus processing fee, per player. There is a family discount for two or more siblings at $115 per player, plus fee, and a Goalie discount at $60 per player, plus fee. Please use Registration option C, unless you want additional Active.com services.
Players will be assigned to their school team on a first come, first serve basis. Players without a school team will be assigned to a KLA team. Once teams are full, extra players will be assigned to teams that need additional members.
There will be late registration at the YMCA Indoor facility for the first two weeks on Indoor. The late registration fee will be $135 per player ($125 per player for two or more siblings). Players who show up at the door need the following to play. Parent present who can sign papers, check for $135 made out to KLA, and a current US Lacrosse Membership. There will be no exceptions to this requirement to play.
